Welcome to Hireith Holiday CottageHireith is a traditional stone, farm cottage situated on the B955 Kirriemuir to Glen Clova road, Angus. The cottage has been extensively upgraded to provide a cosy, comfortable holiday base ideal for exploring Angus and the surrounding area. The Glen lies at the southern edge of the Grampian Mountains and to the south east of nearby Cairngorms Nation al Park, yet within easy reach of Dundee (approx. 29 miles), Aberdeen (55 miles), Perth (40 miles ) and St. Andrews (40 miles).
As a holiday location Glen Clova has everything for activity, lazy, family and sporting holidays. Within the Glen there are climbing, hill walking, fishing and shooting opportunities. The Glen is an excellent base for travel to some of the world's best golf. There are local courses in Kirriemuir, Forfar, Arbroath, Alyth, Edzell, Brechin, Montrose and Dundee. A little further on are the world famous courses in St. Andrew's and Carnoustie. We look forward to welcoming you... |
